Moses J. Shepherd is a Detroit-based entrepreneur, federal contractor, and economic development leader with over 30 years of experience building high-impact businesses across energy, industrial supply, and infrastructure support services. As Founder & CEO of the ACE Companies, Shepherd has established a vertically integrated platform serving municipal, state, and federal agencies with mission-critical solutions.
