Christopher Jordan is the President of SJ Power Solutions, where he leads U.S.-manufactured battery innovation and strategic partnerships across automotive, industrial, utility, and defense markets. With over 25 years of global executive leadership, he has driven several billion dollars in revenue growth, cost avoidance, and lifetime program value across advanced manufacturing sectors.  Chris has led multinational teams of hundreds of employees across sales, engineering, operations, and program management. He is known for building high-performance organizations, scaling revenue platforms, and delivering disciplined execution in complex global environments.

 

     From 2024 to 2026, Jordan served as CEO and Managing Partner of CJ Strategic Advisors, where he advised leading global manufacturers including Hitachi, Alcoa, Arconic, and Honda. In this role, he drove strategic growth, operational transformation, and market expansion initiatives. Previously, at Hitachi Metals America, he delivered 80% growth in the automotive division, secured full OEM program penetration with Honda and Volkswagen North America, and earned the President’s Outstanding Achievement Award for innovation in lightweighting and safety-critical materials.

 

     Throughout his career, Jordan has led multi-year, nine-figure OEM programs, created adjacent market strategies that generated new revenue streams, and overseen large-scale cost reduction and material conversion initiatives. He has also played a key role in expanding into defense, fleet, and heavy-duty commercial markets.

 

     Chris  holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
